Answers:
1.How much does it cost to rent the fountain?
Answer: The fountain rents for $395.00 for three hours of use. This also includes the chocolate. This also includes a professional attendant to stay with the fountain for the three hours. There is a 10% discount for events booked Monday through Thursday.

2. How much chocolate do I need for my event?
Answer: Our pricing includes 20 pounds of specialty chocolate which is the minimum required to run the fountain effectively. This will easily serve up to 200 guests. Additional chocolate may be purchased to accommodate larger events. We can also use white Chocolate if you desire this.

3. What are the dimensions of the chocolate fountain?
Answer: The chocolate fountain is a sturdy, commercial-grade piece
Of equipment. Constructed of stainless steel, the fountain is 29" in height and 16" in diameter and weighs approximately 75 pounds Before adding chocolate.

4. Do I have to set up, tear down & clean up the chocolate fountain?
Answer: No way!! Fortunately, a member of our team does all the work for you. We will arrive at your special event approximately one hour prior to the designated starting time. The fountain will then be carefully set up and the chocolate will be melted and flowing elegantly so your guests will smell the sweet aroma of chocolate
As they begin to arrive. We then will clean up and dismantle the chocolate fountain at the contracted ending time and you will only have to enjoy your party!!!!

5. Who provides the food items?
Answer: Generally, you are already working with a caterer or banquet facility to provide the majority of the food for you event. We do not want to interfere with this relationship, and view our service as a complement to their services. Please discuss with your facility and/or caterer that you desire to contract for a chocolate fountain
Through Tower of Chocolate and work with them so they can ensure that appropriate dipping items are incorporated into your menu. We will work with them in any way to help. If the chocolate Fountain is the only food for your event and you need a provide of dipping goodies we will be more than happy to provide that service for you at an additional cost. 6. Do you provide the decorations for around the chocolate fountain?
Answer: The fountain itself is a great table decoration. We do have decorations to go around it such as a black cloth and twinkle lights. We can also provide extra decorations to fit the occasion. Also, we can use your decorations if you so desire. We will be more than happy to work with you on various kinds of decorations around the fountain.

7. Can the chocolate fountain be used outdoors?
Answer: The chocolate fountain will only operate in enclosed areas. Because of the chocolate's sweet aroma, little flying creatures are likely to be attracted to the fountain. Beyond that, maintaining the temperature of the chocolate is critical for continued smooth operation. This would be difficult to accomplish in an outside setting. Also, wind can cause the fountain not to flow evenly.
